Terms and Conditions

Once your order is placed, orders can not be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. We work hard to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. 
Please note that : 
Current turnaround time does vary depending on order quantities. Expected timeframe is 7 to 12 business days at peak time.
I print the images directly on the shirts using sublimation. Due to this process, the images might have a vintage look to them. The good thing about printed shirts is there will never be cracking or peeling. Colors on the screen may vary due to monitor or phone settings. Distressed, Cut, or Altered Tees will look different and the images are just examples. All shirts will look different and are handmade to order. Distressed, Cut or Altered Tees WILL NOT be refunded due to the customer not liking the way it looks due to the handmade nature of the product. 
Shirt Brands will be determined by the availability of inventory at the time your order is placed. Brands that are used include Gildan, Bella Canvas, Next Level, etc. If there is a specific Brand you would like for your order a NOTE MUST BE LEFT ON THE ORDER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. If a note is not left on your order at the time of purchase I cannot guarantee you will receive a certain brand.
Free Shipping on Orders over $50 within the Continental U.S.
  • All shipping is done via USPS.  You will be sent an email with a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped.  
  • Items will ship within 7 business days. (Turnaround Time may vary.) We make every effort to ship as soon as possible.
  • Whispering Rose Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If there is an issue with your shipped package please contact USPS.
  • Packages that have been returned to us as “undeliverable” are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Care Instructions

Care instructions cards are included with all products. Whispering Rose Tees & Designs is not liable for damage to the product caused by failure to follow these instructions or misuse of the products.
